THE REALITY OF DRAPERY CARE

DRAPERY IS ONE OF THE MOST OVERLOOKED TEXTILES IN THE HOME.

Most homeowners wait five to ten years between professional drapery cleanings. Many never have it done at all.

Not because they do not care. The process simply feels overwhelming before it even begins.

Climbing ladders, detaching hardware, handling delicate fabric, and entrusting a neighborhood dry cleaner with custom textiles never meant for traditional dry cleaning.
So it gets postponed.
During that time, your custom window treatments quietly accumulate dust, allergens, and airborne particles deep within their layered structure.
Your drapery is the one filter in your home that never gets changed.

It does not have to stay that way.

SERVICE & METHODS

Our equipment and methods are designed specifically for installed drapery installations. Traditional dry-cleaning systems are built for garments, not for custom lined panels or ceiling-height installations. Our specialists perform the work in your home using textile-specific processes appropriate for the fabric and construction of each panel.
Fine textiles require careful evaluation before any treatment begins. During your in-home evaluation, we assess fabric composition, panel construction, lining type, and overall fabric condition to determine the safest care method. Treatments are selected specifically for the textile to preserve the integrity, structure, and appearance of the drapery.
Yes. Medical-grade HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration systems operate throughout the service, capturing 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns. These systems help prevent airborne dust, pollen, and other particles from resettling on freshly treated textiles. Textile-specific HEPA vacuum systems are also used during dust extraction prior to any conditioning or treatment.
Our services are designed to be performed within the home with minimal disruption. Most drapery is treated in place using specialized equipment designed for residential environments. Our specialists work carefully within the space, protecting nearby surfaces and furnishings as needed throughout the service. Once the work is complete, the area is returned to its original condition so your home remains clean, orderly, and undisturbed.
In most cases, drapery is treated in place. Removal is recommended only when a fabric requires controlled off-site care. If removal is necessary, this will be clearly outlined in your proposal. All removal, transport, and reinstallation are handled entirely by our specialists.
Yes. We offer several individual enhancements that may be added to your service depending on the needs of your home and drapery. Recommendations are made during your evaluation.
HEPA Air Scrubbing
Medical-grade HEPA filtration equipment operates throughout your service, capturing 99.97% of airborne particles including dust, pollen, pet dander, and other irritants.
Multiple air exchanges occur during the service, helping maintain clean air while preventing particles from resettling on treated textiles.
Ceiling Fan Refresh
Dust accumulation is removed from fan blades and motor housing to prevent redistribution of particles onto treated textiles during normal fan operation.
Blind Care
Cleaning for blinds installed behind or alongside drapery to maintain consistent presentation across all window treatment layers.
Light Fixture & Pendant Detailing

Decorative fixtures that collect dust are gently cleaned to prevent particles from settling onto nearby textiles and surfaces. Service limitations apply depending on fixture height and accessibility.
