THE DRAPERY SPA Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

Your service date is reserved exclusively for you and removed from public availability. Each appointment requires advance planning, technician allocation, and calendar coordination. The structure below ensures fairness, clarity, and scheduling integrity for all clients.

This policy operates in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions govern.

1. Evaluation Appointments

The $300 evaluation fee compensates for professional time, expertise, travel, and preparation. It is earned once the evaluation appointment time has commenced, regardless of whether the evaluation is completed, provided Company personnel have arrived and begun services. 

If the evaluation is discontinued due to client refusal of access, unsafe conditions, interference, or client request, the evaluation fee remains earned and non-refundable. This is not a deposit for future services.

*** The rescheduled evaluation must occur within thirty (30) days of the original appointment date.

2. First Service Cancellation

If you cancel your scheduled service, no cancellation fee applies provided that you rebook within the applicable window below. Rebooking preserves your evaluation credit.

** No additional cancellation fee applies except in the case of a no-show, which is subject to a separate $200 mobilization fee. 

If service is not rebooked within the required timeframe, the evaluation credit expires. The evaluation fee itself remains earned and non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property. Because resources have already been mobilized, a no-show fee applies.

$200 no-show fee is retained. If service is not rebooked within 7 days, the $300 evaluation credit also expires.

*Rebooking after a no-show is subject to approval. Documented emergencies may be considered at our discretion.

4. Second Service Cancellation

If service is canceled a second time after rebooking, additional administrative and scheduling costs apply.

5. Third Cancellation

After three cancellations, evaluation credits expire, and future service requests may be declined.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Approval is subject to availability. One reschedule is permitted per booking. A second reschedule request is treated as a cancellation. All rescheduling requests must include a specific new date and are effective only upon written confirmation.
