A specialist visits your home to evaluate your drapery and window treatments. Fabric composition, ceiling height, panel construction, lining type, and overall condition are carefully reviewed. A detailed proposal outlining the recommended service is prepared on site and presented before any work is scheduled. No service is performed during the evaluation visit.
Once your proposal is approved, we coordinate a service appointment based on availability and the scope of your drapery care. Our specialists arrive with the specialized equipment required for the service and complete the treatment according to the care plan outlined during your evaluation.
Most clients schedule two to three weeks in advance. Availability may vary by season, and early scheduling is recommended to secure your preferred appointment window.
Pricing reflects several factors including panel size, fabric composition, ceiling height, installation type, and the level of care required. Each drapery installation is unique, and every proposal is tailored specifically to your home. A detailed written proposal is provided on site immediately following the evaluation and before any service is scheduled.
Your proposal is prepared and presented at the conclusion of your evaluation appointment. No service is scheduled or performed until the proposal has been reviewed and approved in writing.
Yes. An in-home evaluation fee of $300 applies to all initial visits. During this visit we assess fabric composition, panel construction, lining type, ceiling height, and overall condition to determine the appropriate care plan for your installation. The evaluation fee is credited to your service when you proceed with cleaning. Evaluations cancelled within 48 hours that are not rescheduled within 30 days are non-refundable.
Because every drapery installation is unique, services are not offered as flat-rate packages. Your proposal reflects the exact scope of care required for your specific installation.
Our equipment and methods are designed specifically for installed drapery installations. Traditional dry-cleaning systems are built for garments, not for custom lined panels or ceiling-height installations. Our specialists perform the work in your home using textile-specific processes appropriate for the fabric and construction of each panel.
Fine textiles require careful evaluation before any treatment begins. During your in-home evaluation, we assess fabric composition, panel construction, lining type, and overall fabric condition to determine the safest care method. Treatments are selected specifically for the textile to preserve the integrity, structure, and appearance of the drapery.
Yes. Medical-grade HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration systems operate throughout the service, capturing 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns. These systems help prevent airborne dust, pollen, and other particles from resettling on freshly treated textiles. Textile-specific HEPA vacuum systems are also used during dust extraction prior to any conditioning or treatment.
Our services are designed to be performed within the home with minimal disruption. Most drapery is treated in place using specialized equipment designed for residential environments. Our specialists work carefully within the space, protecting nearby surfaces and furnishings as needed throughout the service. Once the work is complete, the area is returned to its original condition so your home remains clean, orderly, and undisturbed.
In most cases, drapery is treated in place. Removal is recommended only when a fabric requires controlled off-site care. If removal is necessary, this will be clearly outlined in your proposal. All removal, transport, and reinstallation are handled entirely by our specialists.

You will notice an immediate improvement in both fabric appearance and the overall freshness of the room. Drapery panels often feel lighter, move more freely, and appear more vibrant once embedded dust and airborne particles have been removed. A brief care summary outlining the service performed, and any recommendations for future care may be provided at the conclusion of your appointment.

Keep panels away from direct moisture and humidity where possible. Avoid handling fabric unnecessarily. Light periodic dusting with a soft brush on low suction is acceptable between professional services. Do not attempt DIY cleaning, steaming, or spot treatment on lined or structured installations.

Drapery may be used normally immediately after service. Panels are carefully positioned and aligned during treatment, so they can be opened and closed as usual once the service is complete.

Results vary depending on the environment within the home. Drapery naturally collects airborne particles such as dust, pollen, and household contaminants over time. Most installations benefit from professional care approximately every 12 months, while homes with pets, higher activity levels, or allergy sensitivities may benefit from more frequent maintenance.

Will you remind me when it’s time for service again?

Yes. Many clients prefer not to track maintenance schedules themselves. We maintain service records and can provide reminders when it may be time to evaluate your drapery again based on the care recommendations discussed during your previous visit.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Ongoing maintenance services are available for clients who wish to maintain their drapery and indoor environment on a consistent schedule. Maintenance clients receive scheduling priority and advance reminders when their recommended service window approaches.
